When this optical vendor historically described as “hipster” (yet gradually approaching normcore) opened on the ground floor of The Shay building in Shaw last year, my heart leapt. Of course, a big part of Warby Parker’s appeal is being able to try out their frames at home by ordering them online, but I’ve always been the brick-and-mortar type anyway. So I bought (blue) sunglasses for less than $100 at the bookish storefront and am glad I did. OK, I made my S.O. buy them for me. Details.
